Syngeneic mice-derived models could recapitulate the original disease significantly better than traditional in vitro immortalized cell line derived syngeneic models. Creative Biolabs has established dozens of syngeneic mice-derived preclinical tumor models for studying how cancer therapies perform in the presence of a functional immune system. Our models have been validated by immunohistochemistry and RNAseq, and the gene expression and mutation characteristics were confirmed.
