As stated before, the proposed art as previously presented is kitsch. I supported this fund at inception, and I don't think anyone expected the proceeds to be used for City Hall decorations (to be seen by few residents). Very opposed to " video wall or electronic image wall."
Seems presumptive to suggest that what will result will be an "iconic art work."
And, if you folks are just going to overrule your Arts Commission as you did recently, why bother asking their opinion in the first place?
