    Opposed to the 45 ft change. If in the future this can ever be justified, do it then. We certainly don't need it now (of course, always open to empirical data that suggest otherwise). Concern for environment also goes to overdevelopment, additional lighting, additional resource usage, additional traffic, blocking light and air, etc.--not to mention just the overwhelming size alone. Farther off the street, the better. Also, need a better Sepulveda commercial sign control (shrinking) ordinance.
