Farmers Mkt is reported discretely on tax returns-why not in budget? Where's F.M. rent exp? P. 9G-I'm on MBRA Board--never has BID "worked closely withh MBRA" (never even reached out). Opposed to 4 weeks bagging-esp. w/all the other parking benefits rec'd by Downtown/employees, in lots and adjacent. If more lighting/landscaping needed, should determine funding source for product prior to design--and pay-in 100% of their lighting/landscaping district's cost to City instead of charit. donations.
