I see no reason there s/b a council rep to the Chamber, Co-ord Council or Downtown BID. Could be served by CM or Comm. Dev. Dir (as is done in other towns), w/o appearance of undue influence over council. Need a citizen's Finance or Budget Committee--the current finance subcommittee structure is not providing what the city needs in respect to objective, long-term decision-making and responsible presentation of budget information to the community.
