14. RES 13-0067 Consideration of a Resolution for Management/Confidential employees Providing Salary and Benefit Adjustments for the Fiscal Year 2013-2014 including: Setting Management Confidential Salary ranges at the 75th Percentile in Total Compensation, Eliminating PERS Employer Paid Member Contributions (EPMC) with an Equivalent Base Salary Increase, Modifying the City's Contribution for Health Insurance to a maximum of 95% of the PERS Choice Plan, and approving the reclassifications recommended in the classification/compensation study (City Manager Carmany). ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 13-0067, ADJUSTING THE SALARY RANGES AND SALARIES OF MANAGEMENT/CONFIDENTIAL EMPLOYEES, LIMITING THE CITY'S CONTRIBUTION TO MEDICAL INSURANCE PREMIUM COSTS, REQUIRING EMPLOYEES TO PAY 100% OF THE EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION TO THE CALIFORNIA PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT RETIREMENT SYSTEM, AND APPROVING A CORRESPONDING INCREASE IN BASE SALARY, AND APPROVING RECLASSIFICATIONS RECOMMENDED IN THE CLASSIFICATION/COMPENSATION STUDY
