Consider Adopting a Resolution Revising the City's Ticket Distribution and Disclosure Policy (City Manager Moe and City Attorney Barrow).

This policy is so overwritten it is useless--define an event where a ticket wouldn't apply! Explain why the City Attorney and Family's Fireworks tickets are for them "to promote supported community events," esp. when the Council and CM are all there and his position is 100% internal advisory. The logic follows the C.A.'s position on staff posting fence signs: "as the action is approved by staff, by itself that means it is essential." Give us something actionable.
