Hold on a sec: "Water Wise Park?" C'mon--maybe that name should be agendized first, because I find it pretty silly and "look at me." Outside of this staff report and a cultural arts meeting, I've seen nothing official on that name--can't find it on the Parks section of the website, nor the website search, or the Council minutes search.
