    Reviewing the attached, most positions earning over $100K annual are far in excess of counterparts in the private sector--without taking into consideration the much more lucrative public vacation/sick/pension benefits received by the city employees. The "unsustainablity" of our pension liabilities is created by city councils kicking reality down the alley. If pension liability is a problem, then accountability/transparency would dictate this report show the related impact on future liabilities.
