Please limit the use of "high visibility signs" and especially flashing signs to only extreme critical areas. The default answer to all problems should not be "put up a sign." You need to manage expectations. Be sensitive to the impacts of visual pollution if not just for a more attractive visual environment but as a contributor to urban stress. About 15 years ago we had a problem with stop signs going up everywhere and realized that was excessive and pulled back. The same seems to apply here.
