Why are the train tracks are open to the public for social distance waking but the strand is closed for the same? The strand isn’t the beach nor the bike path. The order applies to the bike path and beach. I’m glad the train tracks are open because people can use that path to get exercise and be trusted to socially distance themselves but if that is open for walking, why is the strand closed? Majors no sense.
