Can we open our OUTDOOR pool for lap swimming before the County enters the proposed stage 3 & 4? I am not sure why the outdoor pool system is considered that high of risk and strongly urge the City Council to move forward on opening this vital fitness facility for the community. Online reservations like the tennis courts could be used. Seek permission from the school district for access to the Mira Costa and Begg Pools.
