I strongly support engaging an outside firm to enforce mask wearing in public in Manhattan Beach. We all need to follow the rules and be part of the solution now.

I am fearful for my community's health when Suzanne Hadley is set up to be mayor in December. Her inability to recognize the seriousness of COVID-19 is disturbing. I do not feel compelled, protected or understood by a woman who thinks that Black Lives Matter is divisive when Black people are highly impacted by COVID-19. We need a leader who sees the severity of COVID-19, respects all our community members and their safety- including houseless folks and ppl in service industries.

Suzanne Hadley's words are often taken out of context and manipulated by 2 council members. The news asked her if she personally knew anyone who died of Covid- she answered she did not personally know anyone. THEN she was persecuted for speaking the truth. Folks have been repeatedly saying “how can she say that!!!” Well, she didn’t say there are no cases in Manhattan Beach she just answered a question truthfully. We must stand up to this shameful harassment.Ms. Hadley has my full support.

I’ve lost faith in Ms. Hadley’s ability and desire to make sound public health decisions pertaining to Covid-19. Her comments suggesting the threat of Covid-19 is exaggerated are irresponsible. CC should lead the fight to mitigate viral spread in the midst of a pandemic when national and local infection rates, rates of positive tests, and hospitalizations are rising. In questioning the advice of infectious disease experts, she stokes divisiveness and mistrust, advancing her political agenda
