I feel it is essential to follow the health guidelines of the CDC . EOC . It is especially concerning when our city officials speak for themselves instead of following what our Mayor and health science is saying. It is confusing to our citizens and makes people feel the need to not comply. We need to be united not divided.

Enforcement of face masks in open spaces. It would be dangerous, litigious, arbitrary and unfair to ask the police force to enforce face masks on people in outdoor spaces. It is very clear that outdoor spaces are safe and that is why dining and other outdoor business are allowed to operate. The police should be reserved to come to the assistance of business that are trying to enforce the protocol and have combative clients or customers and other crimes taking place in this city.
