If the concept is to reinforce that BB Task Force members should comply with the City's policies on civility and decorum during TF meetings, then why does this need to be addressed? If there is a suggestion that the T.F. is to be exempt from such compliance, I am mystified why that would be suggested. A more meaningful agenda description is necessary. This TF is a focus for many residents. Please be specific when describing TF topics on the council's agenda, to insure we are fully informed.
It would be helpful for the community to know what is going on at these meetings that would require a review of decorum and civility.
It would also be good to hear a monthly update on the progress of the task force regarding the mandate the task force was given as I understand it: To rework the plaque at the park and to create public art. I have seen a "Resolution of Apology" supposedly created by this task force that I find totally unacceptable that does not conform to the mandate given.
