I also want to sincerely thank Mayor Hadley for her dedication and service to the City. As many have pointed out, your responsiveness was impressive and appreciated. I know how much time that takes. We may not agree on how best to govern our city, but I know we both agree it is an honor to serve.
I have heard now from multiple people that they are attempting to post or thinking that have posted comments here that are not being retained in the system. I don't know if this has been a problem before, or if this comment system or this glitch is new, but unfortunately the system does not appear to be capturing all the comments. First I want to welcome the new Mayor Hildy Stern. Second I want to say what a pleasure it was to have such a responsive Mayor as we did with Suzanne Hadley. Even though at times we disagreed, You were always there to answer any and all questions that I had. I am so glad we get to keep you on the City Council. Thank you Suzanne Hadley for your service as Mayor!
I commend Mayor Hadley on her brilliant and thoughtful ways she handled her job. There were difficult and, often heated, discussions, often emotional and, sometimes not factual, items on the Agenda. Mayor Hadley showed extrodinary calm and stood firmly on the ground on serving our community.
