Suzanne Hadley with finesse and unique style held her own and I THANK her for her service. But to what occurred in this last election was unspeakable vicious. Suzanne, who devoted so much time and energy to this town was attacked by ridiculous sound bites from an anti-Hadley PAC. Whoever these individual are you just open Pandora's box on to our small beach town.

A huge thank you to Councilmember Suzanne Hadley for her unending dedication to Manhattan Beach city and residents. She has always been approachable, responsive, sincere and on point, representing all residents and civic matters with class, dignity and honesty. Suzanne helped our small businesses stay afloat during the lockdowns, and also was key in having our schools reopen. I really hope and pray you run again Suzanne, the Heatherton's will support you. God Bless you for your service to our city! The Heatherton's

I wanted to thank Councilmember Suzanne for her incredible service to the City of Manhattan Beach. She selflessly fought for:
    1) Parents’ roll in their children’s education,
    2) Keeping children safe in the classroom
    3) Opening classrooms when it was safe and our children were clearly at risk,
    4) Strong public safety
    5) Continued outdoor dining in an effort to support our citizens & restaurant owners
    6) Robust support of our small businesses who are the backbone of our community
    7) Preservation of our small town feel,
    8) Fiscal responsibility at city hall
    9) Supporting an alternative to LA district attorney George Gascon, who endangers our public safety
    10) Continued work moving our unhoused off the streets and into shelter

She has given so much to the children and families in our community. We look forward to continuing your legacy and fostering a welcoming environment in our community.

I give a heartfelt thank you to Councilmember Hadley for her untiring Service to our town.   She went above and beyond the call of duty to research and discuss each topic, listen to residents, then highlight specific points from multiple angles for the residents and other voting councilmen to hear.  I did not agree with her vote on all topics, as it should be, but to witness a councilmember give 110% each and every meeting was unquestionably laudable.  She was unwavering in her convictions and a true and trusted advocated for our town and its future.  I was truly saddened by all of the unjustified attacks she’d endured in office, from threatening personal attacks to repeated misquotes by the newspapers and the supposed anti-Hate group.  But never in my decades as a resident did I ever expect Hateful residents to go so low as to form an anti-Hadley Political Action Committee to raise money with the sole purpose to attack a candidate hence turning the last campaign vitriolic.

    Dear Council,
Just wanted to thank Councilperson Suzanne Hadley for a job well done while serving our wonderful city. It was not easy to navigate through Covid restrictions by our County but she did a marvelous job to insure restaurants stayed open with outdoor dining etc. We owe her so much gratitude for all her common sense votes throughout her term. Our family will support her if and when she runs again. We will miss her and wish her good luck.
