The financial report is very comprehensive and complete. However, I do have the following questions:
1) As shown on pages 11 and 12 the City's Total Net Position at the end of 2023 was $245,313.678. Is this good, bad, or is it just right? What is the goal of where our Total Net Position needs to be and what is the logic for that goal/target?
2) The City's total net position from 2022 to 2023 was a decrease of $28,403,578. Is this a trend over the past 5-7 years? What is the forecast for 2024?
3) How does our Total Net Position compare with other cities in our district?
