Again, I would urge a more comprehensive evaluation of the use of transportation-related money instead of viewing these as one-off items. Same for which projects you decide to go out for grants. I would also suggest that Parks and Rec isn't the right department for taking the lead on bus procurement or sidewalk repair. And $100K reserve for future maintenance of 2 buses--seems ripe for abuse. Also, the adjacent business--not the City--should pay for the City's share of the Aviation sidewalk repair, consistent with the General Plan. Otherwise you are "subsidizing" the adjacent business.
