Consideration of a Resolution Approving Amendment No. 7 to the Landscaping Services Agreement with Merchants Landscape Services Inc. for an Additional Year of Landscaping Services at a Total Annual Cost Not-to-Exceed $804,745 (Public Works Director Lee).

The proposed contract renewal is a fixed scope, fixed price arrangement with an open-ended pricing for additional work. The scope is defined well. For the presentation please share:

* what is the expected add-on cost for the renewal year
* what is the total budgeted amount for this service for the upcoming period
* who the city has the contract manager for this work and if this is a full-time or part-time role.
