    A ridiculous fee. Way too many add-on fees to complicate the bureaucracy. We just passed a number of tax increases that could absorb this fee. If needed, raise the business license itself, which is far less than other cities (LA/SM/Culver).Just adding a fee so you can say your business license fee is lower is silly politics.
