    I'm concerned about paint art in buildings and the maintenance cost. The mural painted on the fire station will now be forever maintenance. My neighbor has a smooth stucco house and has never had to paint it in 25 years while other neighbors have painted 2 - 3 times in the same time frame. The cost of the mural is not just $18,000 it's also the forever maintenance costs.
