SECOND READING AND ADOPT ORDINANCE NO. 15-0022
The real bottleneck in this program are the utilities. Until one can sell back production and not suffer permit delays as a result (or not be deemed a small business by doing so), there will not be the needed impetus. We own a very solar-friendly house (best in the neighborhood) and I really would like to go solar. But there is really not much economic advantage to me to maximize the potential, and I don't have the personal income to do this gratuitously.
