I find the following comment from the wayfinding report disturbing: "As of September 23, 2015, the topic on Open City Hall had 191 visitors, with 21 responses, which equates to 1.4 hours of public comment at two minutes per response." These are perverse metrics, and confuse quantity with quality, nor suggest you prefer this method of getting info. Responses to a confined survey is no substitute for face to face engagement, and shouldn't be suggested otherwise. [Also, doesn't 21 x 2 = 42?]
