There is a MAJOR traffic issue on northbound Highland Avenue from 30th Street to Rosecrans every morning from about 7am to 9am, and it can easily take 10 minutes to travel this 1/2 mile stretch. It seems to me that extending the length of the northbound green light to let more cars through the intersection while reducing the length of the southbound green light could alleviate this issue. Can you have the city's traffic engineer look into this issue and come up with a solution? Thank you.
