There is a lot in this that was not in the surveys. I do like the "repurpose" signs. No banners, please. Also, I am very opposed to the proposals to highly decorate the intersection surfaces. That is hardly "small town; family friendly." It is all "look at me, I have no taste and am attracting the same."
