A few weeks ago, I sent an e-mail to Mark Leyman, questioning why a MBYB poster (for registration through January 2016) is allowed placement on the Live Oak fence (facing the street). There is no indication of City sponsorship. I asked for an explanation and/or copy of guidance as to when and how long such posters are allowed. The poster is still there and I received no response from the Director. The last such poster was up for many months past the registration date.
