No change from 1996 preferences, although public participation was too small to be statistically significant. It seems clear, however, that the preference is to maximize resident enjoyment. I am disappointed with the lack of demand pricing support, as such creates the most efficient management. Bikes are not going to solve the problem--but a shuttle will (and is essential for an employee management program).
