There has never been any published or articulated information as to how comments posted to this eComment forum are received by council, in what form, and to the extent the comments are received through a city hall filter.

I am a resident of Manhattan Beach, an electric vehicle driver and CEO of EV Connect, a provider of EV charging solutions. During the July 21 City Council Meeting, a resolution was passed to waiver competitive bidding for an expansion of the City's EV charging stations. Information contained in the Background document, used to support this waiver, is factually incorrect. I request that the City Council reverse this waiver and submit the project to competitive bid which will improve EV service.
