I’ve been reflecting a lot on my personality and realized I might be experiencing what could be described as extreme-introvert-extreme introversion. I often find social interactions draining, even with close friends, and prefer long stretches of solitude.
At times, it feels isolating, and I’m curious how others navigate this. Does anyone else identify with extreme introversion to the point it impacts daily life, work, or relationships? I’d love to hear coping strategies, self-care routines, or ways to balance solitude with occasional social engagement.
